This BBC portal to the Palestinian and Israeli conflcit is very useful. It has maps that we will use in the smulation and interesting videos. It also updates news on a daily basis. Click here.

Something interesting I wanted to share:
Afghanistan has its first and only female governor, Habiba Sarabi, a doctor and educator who ran underground literacy classes during the Taliban regime.

Interesting portal. There is so much information to wander through. I'll recommend this site for friends and family who want a better background/real-time information regarding the conflict. So many I talk to say they want to be better acquainted with the conflict, but don't know where to begin. I'll mention this site now.

As I find it very hard to get clear and legitimate non biased news on the Middle East, I have found BBC to be the most resourceful. I especially like the country profiles. I've been a passionate reader of BBCnews for a few years now, but I've found it especially useful and beneficial in POSC 377. Thank you, and I'll be sure to forward this website on to anyone who is eager to learn more about not only the Israel/Palestine conflict, but the array of issues the Middle East faces every day.

I feel that it is very important to have the most up to date and credible information regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict. The BBC portal provides a relatively decent amount of coverage relating to the on-going conflict. It’s amazing to see how polarized most coverage of the conflict is and how BBC has emerged as one of the few news agencies who are providing relatively non biased reports. I would definitely recommend this as a good hub of information regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict.
